We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. Please send an email to email@example.com so you can receive shipping instructions. Please include your name, address, phone number, order number and e-mail address, and note the reason for return. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We suggest that you ship the merchandise with a trackable method. You can expect a refund in the form of the original payment for the merchandise amount only (all shipping charges are non-refundable) within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Holiday returns will be accepted for purchases placed on ShellyBrown.com beginning 11/28/16 until 12/31/16. The pieces must be unworn, undamaged, resalable condition and in all original packaging. Please submit your return request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5 pm EST on 1/6/17 in order to receive shipping instructions.
Please note that all repairs are handled individually. Repair policy as outlined below applies only to product purchased online, from the ShellyBrown.com website. Repairs will not be made on items where damage was caused by alteration or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials.

Please be advised that our jewelry is crafted by hand with specially selected stone; therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item. If we are unable to repair an item, we may suggest a replacement of similar value from the current collection.
